Skip the Beef Flavor: Where to Find Delicious Vegan French Fries
McDonald's French fries are often hailed as the best in fast food, but a recent exploration reveals that they are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians due to the inclusion of "natural beef flavor," which contains hydrolyzed wheat and milk. In contrast, several other fast-food chains offer vegan-friendly fries that are just as delicious. Five Guys, In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, and Burger King all provide options that are either entirely vegan or can be enjoyed with minimal concern for cross-contamination. Each brand has its unique flavor profile and preparation methods, making them worthy alternatives for those seeking plant-based options.

Gift giving season is upon us, what better way that to kick it off with an extensive list of gifts you can give to a Vegan. New York Magazine has come up with this amazing list of gifts you can give which includes food items, clothing, candles and even a book recommendation. Check it out and happy gift hunting.
And for Thanksgiving table here is a list of nostalgic foods made Vegan, that will make your guests think “Is this really Vegan?”
Well known cheese brand “The Laughing Cow” is launching spreadable plant based cheese. These can be found at Whole food stores nationwide.
This article from VegNews has a pretty good list of all plant based foods that have the most fiber.
This is an amazing innovation, Macadamia milk brand, Milkadamia is launching 2D printed sheets of Oat Milk, called Flat Pack. I love this as it reduces the carbon emissions to transport gallons and gallons of milk where most of it is water. Hopefully it tastes great too.

Recipe of the week
Vegan Crab Cakes, the only thing I don’t like is, they are deep fried.
