Did you know there is a Vegan stand at Frisco Fresh Market? Chef Keke Samba owns Chopping Roots and has a stand at Frisco Fresh Market on weekends. She also does catering and food orders. Well known cheese brand “The Laughing Cow” is launching spreadable plant based cheese. These can be found at Whole food stores nationwide.

I found Lemon herb Tofu to be a versatile option, it can be used as sandwich filling, added to salads, pasta or added to rice bowls.
